What’s covered

While Molina Healthcare does not provide dental services, most dental services are covered through Apple Health (Medicaid) directly by the Health Care Authority for:

  • adults age 21 and older,
  • children age 20 and younger,
  • pregnant people,
  • and some adults with disabilities.

How do members get care?

If you are eligible, you can go to any dental providers who contracts with Apple Health (Medicaid).

  • Find a Provider.
  • For other questions, the Health Care Authority (HCA) at (800) 562-3022.
    • You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
