Effective Jan. 1, 2019, the authorization reconsideration process has been updated. Pre-service and post-service authorizations have been combined into a single process, and claim reconsiderations will now follow a separate process. To learn more, click here.
Effective now, the file submission size for uploading appeals on the Provider Portal has increased from 20 MB to 125 MB. Find out more here.

  • • ​Addition or termination of a
       provider
  • • Change in Tax ID and/or NPI
  • • Open or close your practice to new
       patients (PCPs only)
