Thank you for choosing Molina Healthcare. We want to help you get the most out of your health plan. Let’s get you started!
Step 1: Review your Member Welcome Kit we sent you in the mail and keep it in a safe place. You can view the Quick Start Guide online (which is also included in the Welcome Kit).
Step 2: You will also receive your Member ID Card from us in the mail. Put it in your wallet and keep it with you at all times. You must present this card every time you receive medical or behavioral health care (mental health and drug and alcohol treatment services). Make sure your primary care provider (PCP), also known as your personal doctor, is right on your Member ID Card. If it is not, call Member Services.
Step 3: Call your (PCP) to schedule your first appointment. This first meeting with your new doctor is important. It helps you get to know your doctor and is a time for you both to review your health status.
If you are with a PCP you have seen before, make sure you see your PCP on a regular basis for preventive visits.
Your PCP will take care of most of your health care needs.

To make sure you have a PCP, Molina Healthcare may have picked one for you and/or your family. We hope that you are pleased with your provider.

You may select a general practice or family PCP.
You may also choose a pediatrician for your children.
Your Behavioral Health Provider
Your behavioral health provider will take care of your specialty mental health and drug and alcohol treatment needs.

If you are currently receiving services from a mental health or drug or alcohol treatment provider; please make sure that he or she is part of Molina’s provider network. We will make every effort to keep you connected with your current provider. We encourage you or your care provider to contact Member Services with any questions.
Since your PCP and behavioral health provider are both part of Molina, we will help your health care team to easily connect with each other about the details of your care plan.
Step 4: Register today for My Molina (MiMolina.com en Español). It’s our easy-to-use web portal where you can manage your health care online.
