• Your plan information, such as renewal and eligibility.
• Answers to questions you may ask us.

By agreeing to receive text messages you confirm that: When you agree and say yest to text messages, you are telling us:

• The phone number is yours
• You are allowed to use this phone number

You must let us know right away if:

• You change your phone number
• You cannot use the phone number any more to text us

Text messages between you and Molina Healthcare (or someone texting on our behalf) are not encrypted. This means that they are not secure, and others can read them.

Please keep your phone safe and protected. We suggest using a passcode.

Once you agree to get text messages from us, Molina Healthcare is not responsible for the release of personal information that may occur through text messaging.

This is a standard SMS/MMS program. Message and data rates may apply.

Stop text messages

You can stop getting text messages from us at any time.

Text “STOP” to 94870. This is called opting out.

• If you opt out, you may get one last text message from us. This will let you know that we got your request and to share other ways you can get help.
