Get started with your Molina Healthcare plan

You have joined over 5 million people who have made Molina their choice for health care. Now it is time to make the most of your Molina coverage.

We make it simple with these easy steps

Take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • You should have received your ID card in the mail. Look at it closely and make sure your information is correct.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account.

  • Go to MyMolina to set up your member portal account. You will need your member ID card to get started.

  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina® mobile app.

  • The app has the same features as the member portal.

  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your PCP to get set up as a new patient.

  • You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
