COVID-19 Vaccine Information    

Data has shown that COVID-19 vaccination and boosters are the best protection against infection and illness. Several COVID-19 Vaccines are available for people 6 months of age and older. Please consult with your doctor (healthcare provider) for recommendations related to vaccination and appropriate dosages.

COVID-19 Testing Information

Free COVID-19 Tests
Starting 9/25/2023, every U.S. household can again place an order to receive four free COVID-19 rapid test kits delivered directly to their home.

COVID.gov - Free at-home COVID-19 tests

COVID-19 testing at your doctor's office is covered by Molina for Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace.
 
At-home COVID-19 Tests
Apple Health (Medicaid) members can receive up to 2 at-home COVID-19 tests per month with or without prescription. To get the at-home COVID-19 test please refer to the instruction below. 

1. Find a pharmacy and call ahead to make sure they accept Apple Health coverage and have COVID-19 tests in stock. 
a. If you are enrolled in managed care, ask if they can bill your plan. 
2. Go to your pharmacy and request an at-home COVID-19 test. 
3. You do not need a prescription but you must go to a pharmacy so they can bill Apple Health.
4. If your pharmacy has questions on how to bill for at-home COVID-19 tests, refer them to the HCA COVID-19 billing guides for more information. 

Tests must be billed by a pharmacy or other medical provider. You cannot be reimbursed for tests you purchase yourself. 


Marketplace members can also receive up to 2 at-home COVID-19 tests per month with or without prescriptions.
