Your health is important because it affects everything you do. When you are sick you don’t do as well in school and you can’t do many of the things you want to do like play with your friends. Having an ice cream cone over a granola bar every once in awhile is a-okay, but having a balanced diet and getting lots of sleep and exercise is important. Remember your parents are in charge, but you too can play a role in being in charge of your health. My Children’s Corner is here to make it fun!
