CAHPS® stands for the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems. The survey is sent out every year. It measures how happy members are with the health plan. The survey also lets us know how happy members are with their care and their doctor. The results from the survey help us to improve care. We listen to our members. Molina’s goal is to be better than 75 percent of other Medicaid health plans in the nation.
