BeMe is provided by Molina Healthcare of Florida at no cost, offering services like engaging content, skill building activities and 1:1 coaching anytime, anywhere. Clinical services and 24/7 crisis support are available when needed.

BeMe's clinically validated approach uniquely caters to teens, meeting them where they are - on their phones - in a safe and secure environment.

Molina Healthcare is proud to partner with Impower, the 24/7 Telehealth Crisis Help Line, a Florida telehealth provider for behavioral health and substance use needs. Telehealth crisis intervention/assessment services are available from a behavioral health practitioner 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • For all Molina members living with serious mental illness (SMI) or experiencing behavioral health challenges and are in crisis.
  • Members can call the crisis line at 1-689-688-9875, where a licensed clinician from our provider partners at Impower will provide them with a video link.


Community-based mobile crisis clinical staff is available to all eligible Molina members in the region for the purpose of stabilizing the behavioral health episode or ensuring the member receives treatment in the most appropriate but least restrictive environment. Mobile Crisis Teams will respond to all populations with an identified crisis need. Services will address the member's needs and take into consideration the member's preferred language and culture.

  • For all Molina members in the region listed below who are experiencing a mental health crisis emergency.
  • Members can call the corresponding crisis line listed below and immediately be linked to a local Mobile Crisis Response team.
  • This expanded Molina program includes continued follow-up post intervention to ensure the member is supported with ongoing care.
  • Look for more updates to come as additional teams will soon be contracted around the state for this incredibly important and potentially life-saving program.
