How will enrollment work?
If you are eligible, the Michigan Client Enrollment Services will send you a letter with your enrollment options. You will have 60 days to make a voluntary enrollment choice. If you do not respond to the first letter, you will get a reminder letter. If you do not make a voluntary choice, enrollment will occur through a "passive enrollment" process. "Passive enrollment" means, if you do not make a choice, and you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be assigned to a plan. You will receive a packet from the State informing you about the MMAI plan and your plan assignment.
