Nevada DSNP Member Advisory Committee

Are you a member of the Molina Medicare Complete Care (HMO DSNP) plan in Nevada?  Here is a chance to make your voice heard!

Our new Nevada DSNP Member Advisory Committee is looking for members. If you’re interested in joining, email NVMAC@MolinaHealthcare.com a short summary of why you want to participate. We’ll review your email and let you know if you’re selected.

All committee members must be:

  • A current Molina Healthcare DSNP member in the Molina Medicare Complete Care plan in Nevada, or a caregiver, family member or legal guardian of a member
  • A Nevada resident
  • At least age 21 years of age
  • Have an active email and be able to attend a virtual meeting 1-2 times a year
  • Willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect your privacy and the privacy of other members on the committee

 

Topics covered may include:

  • Discussion of current benefits to learn more about how members understand and use them
  • Learning about your experience in staying healthy
  • How Molina is helping you and where we can do better
  • Answer questions that committee members may have

The objectives of the Nevada DSNP Member Advisory Committee are:

  • To provide a place for members to talk about benefits, communications, programs and challenges to improve the quality of care
  • To act as advocates for issues that impact membership
  • To assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of culturally and linguistically appropriate health education and outreach activities
  • To contribute to the development of health education programs to improve quality of care
