Getting care during emergencies

Medication

If you cannot get a medication at your regular pharmacy, you can get it at a different location by:

• Going to the same pharmacy chain (same pharmacy name) in another location.
• Bringing your prescription container to a new pharmacy (different pharmacy name).
• Asking your doctor to contact a new pharmacy.
• Asking a new pharmacy to contact your regular pharmacy to transfer your prescription (if your regular pharmacy is open).

Virtual care with Teladoc Health

During emergencies, it may be hard to visit a doctor in person.
Ask your doctor if you can make a virtual appointment.
