Use the My Molina member portal to pay your bill, change doctors, view service history or request a new ID card.

Update with Molina Healthcare. Log in to the My Molina member portal or use the mobile app to update your information. Or call Member Services at (833) 657-1981 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., local time.

Check for confirmation. Look for a text, email, or letter that your changes were made. Or Log in to My Molina to make sure your profile shows your new information.

Update with your state’s health insurance marketplace. There are two ways you can do this:

Online at YourHealthIdaho.org. Log in to your account to update your information.
By phone at (855) 944-3246.
