Get started with your Molina Healthcare plan

Follow these four steps to begin using your plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • If you've made your first payment, you should have received your ID card in the mail. Please look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct. If it is incorrect, call the Member Services number listed on your member ID card.
  • Keep your card with you. Show it when you visit the doctor or pick up medicine.

Set up your My Molina® member portal.

  • Go to MyMolina.com to create your account.
  • After you sign up, you can look at or print your card, search for doctors, change your main doctor (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • The app lets you do the same features as the member website.
  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Plan a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to establish care or continue your care.
  • You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services. The number is on your member ID card.
