It is important to keep your contact information current so that we can send you reminders and updates to keep your benefits active. 

 

  1. Update with Molina Healthcare. Log in to the My Molina member portalor use the mobile app to update your information. Or call Member Services at (888) 295-7651 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., local time. 
  • Check for confirmation. Look for a text, email, or letter that your changes were made. Or log in to My Molina to make sure your profile shows your new information. 
  1. Update with your state’s health insurance Individual and Family Plans. There are three ways you can do this: 
  • Online at BeWellNM.com. Log in to your account to update your information. 
  • By phone at (1-833)-ToBeWell (1-(833) -862-3935; TTY: 711), Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time. 
  • In person at 7601 Jefferson St. NE, Suite 120, Albuquerque, MN 87109, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. local time.
