Get started with your health plan

This page is your starting point as a new Molina Healthcare Marketplace of South Carolina member.

Here, you’ll find important information to help you get the most from your health plan.

You’ll see links to helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents.

You’ll also learn how to set up your My Molina member portal account and use the My Molina mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Take these steps right away to get the most from your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • If you’ve made your first payment, you should have received your member ID card in the mail. Check it carefully to make sure your information is correct. If it is incorrect, call the Member Services number listed on your ID card.
  • Always keep your card with you and show it when you visit the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account.

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your My Molina member portal account. You’ll need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • The app offers the same features as the member portal.
  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to establish care or continue your care. Log in to your member portal to see your doctor’s contact information.
  • You can change your doctor anytime in the app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services at the number onyour ID card.
