Get started with your health plan

Welcome to Molina Healthcare of Texas! This page is your guide as a new Individual and Family Plan member. Here, you'll find key information to help you make the most of your health plan. You'll also find links to helpful pages, your plan documents, and instructions to set up your My Molina member portal and mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • You should have received your member ID card in the mail. Check it carefully to make sure your information is correct.
  • Always keep your card with you and show it when you visit the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account.

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your member portal account. You'll need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • Get the full member portal experience with the app, bringing the same great features directly to your mobile device.
  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to get started as a new patient. Log in to your member portal to see your doctor's information.
  • You can change your doctor anytime in the app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services at the number on your ID card.
