Healthy Rewards
Getting your Molina reward* just got easier! You can now submit your information through your My Molina Member Portal at MyMolina.com.
Molina's new reloadable reward card lets you continue earning rewards for completing important wellness visits and screenings. Shop in person at participating retailers. You can earn rewards in the form of gift cards when you visit your doctor and get these check-ups.
Child Rewards

Pregnancy Rewards
| 7 months of Instacart+ — $100 in Fresh Funds each month for 7 months (up to $700 total) | Molina members who are pregnant on or before their membership start date, or who become pregnant within 42 days of joining Molina, may join this program. Members must complete their first-trimester visit with their OB/GYN. |
