Housing Services

Rent assistance and support
If you need help finding a place to live or help paying for housing, Molina can help you to find local groups and housing help in your area.

If needed, Molina will help you reach out the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) for Non-Title XIX/XXI services and local community housing providers. Please call Member Services at (800) 424-5891 (TTY: 711) Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. local time for help. Our care management team can help you get started.

Getting help from housing specialists

Our housing specialists can help if you do not have a home, a place to stay, or if you might lose your home. We can:

  • Help you find help within your area to talk about eviction prevention, rental and utility help, and short-term places to stay.
  • Send you to contracted housing providers who can help you find housing, support you through evictions, or housing program paperwork including the AHCCCS Housing Program.
  • Help you find places that takes rental subsidies or vouchers. We can also help you get in touch with a housing guide.
  • Help you find short-term shelters through Coordinated Entry.

We work with local agencies to find funding and support for people who are without a home. We also train staff and local groups on housing needs, housing help, and how these needs impact people.

The AHCCCS Housing Program offers rental help and eviction prevention help for members who qualify. While housing is not a covered service, there are funds to help with eviction prevention, power, water, and sewer bills, and rent for members. Please reach out to Member Services to speak with Molina’s Housing Specialist or Community Connectors to see if they can help.
