Get started with your Medi-Cal health plan

This page is your starting point as a new Molina member. It gives you important information about how to make the most of your new Medi-Cal health plan. You will find links to the most helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You will also find information about how to set up your My Molina member portal account and get started with the My Molina mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • You should have received your member ID card in the mail. Look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account.

  • Go to set up your My Molina member portal account. You will need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your PCP to get set up as a new patient.
  • Log in to your member portal to see your doctor’s information. You can change your doctor on the My Molina mobile app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services at the number on the back of your member ID card.
