1. Update with your Department of Children and Families (DCF). There are two ways you can do this:

• Online at MyFlorida.com https://www.myflorida.com/accessfloridachange to: https://www.myflfamilies.com/services/public-assistance Log in to update your information.
• In person. Find an office that can give no-cost help in your area. https://www.myflfamilies.com/contact-us

2. Update with Molina Healthcare. Log in to the My Molina member portal or use the mobile app to update your information. Or call SMMC Medicaid Member Services at (866) 472-4585 or CMS Plan Member Services at (800) 262-0750 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. local time.

• Check for confirmation. Look for a text, email or letter that your changes were made. Or log in to My Molina to make sure your profile shows your new information.
