Get started with your Medicaid IMPlus health plan

This page is your starting point as a new Molina member. Here, you will find important information about how to make the most of your new Medicaid IMPlus health plan. You will find links to the helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You will also find information about how to set up your My Molina member portal account and get started with our mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • You should have received your member ID card in the mail. Look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account.

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your member portal account. You will need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors and more.

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • The app has the same great features as the member portal.
  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your PCP to get set up as a new patient.
