Update your contact information

It is important to keep your contact information up to date so you can keep your benefits active. It also helps make sure you get important updates and reminders from us.

  1. Update with Molina Healthcare. Log in to the My Molina Member Portal or use the mobile app to update your information. Or call Member Services at (855) 687-7861 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Central Time.
    • Check for confirmation. Look for a text, email, or letter that your changes were made. Log in to My Molina to make sure your profile shows your new information.
  3. Update with your local Medicaid office. There are three ways you can do this:
