Get started with your Molina plan

We make it simple with four steps. Do these now to get the most from your plan.

Review your member ID card

You should get your ID card in the mail. Check that your name and info are right.
Keep your card with you. Show it at the doctor and the pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account

Go to MyMolina.com to sign up for the member portal.
In the portal you can: view or print your ID card, look up doctors, change your PCP and more.

Download the My Molina app.

The app has the same features as the portal.
Get it from the Apple App Store or Google Play

Schedule a visit with your doctor

Make a first visit with your PCP to get started as a new patient. Your PCP name and phone may be on your ID card.
You can change your PCP any time in the My Molina member portal portal or app, or by calling Member Services at the number on your ID card
