Getting care during emergencies
Medicine
If you can’t get your medicine at your usual pharmacy, you can:
Use the same pharmacy chain at another location.
Take your prescription bottle to a new pharmacy.
Ask your doctor to send it to a new pharmacy.
Have a new pharmacy transfer it from your usual one (if your usual pharmacy is open).

During emergencies, it may be hard to visit a doctor in person. Ask your doctor about a virtual appointment.
