Welcome to Medicaid eligibility and enrollment in Nevada

The state of Nevada looks at your info to decide if you can get Medicaid.  You can check your status, sign up or renew through Access Nevada.

What you need to apply:

You may need:

• Social Security numbers for each person in your home
• Birthdates for each person in your home
• Income for adults and teens age 14+ who file taxes
• Pay stubs, W-2s, or wage forms
• Your case number (if you have one)
• Passport, green card, or immigration number (if it applies)
