Molina Healthcare of New York, Inc. offers several low-cost or no-cost plans in upstate New York. These plans include Medicaid Managed Care (MMC), Molina Healthcare PLUS, CHPlus, and Essential Plan.

Molina Healthcare's MMC plan gives health coverage at little or no cost. It is for children and adults with low income.
CHPlus is for children under age 19. It helps children who do not qualify for Medicaid and have no other health insurance or access to the New York State Health Insurance Program (NYSHIP).
The Essential Plan is for people who don’t qualify for Medicaid or Child Health Plus, You must have low income. You must also not get health insurance from your job.
Molina Healthcare PLUS is for members age 21 and older. It helps people who need care for serious mental illness (SMI) or substance use disorders (SUD).
