Get started with your Medicaid health plan

This page is your starting point as a new Molina Healthcare or Affinity by Molina Healthcare member. Here, you’ll find important information about how to make the most of your new Medicaid health plan. You’ll find links to the most helpful pages on our website, including where to find your plan documents. You’ll also find information about how to set up your My Molina® member portal account and get started with our mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card

  • You should have received your ID card in the mail. Please look at it closely to make sure your information is correct.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your member portal account. You will need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can view and print your member ID card, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP) and more.

Download the My Molina® mobile app

  • The app has the same great features as the member portal.
  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to get set up as a new patient.
  • Log in to your member portal to see your doctor’s information. You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.
