Getting care during emergencies

Medications
If you cannot get a medication at your regular pharmacy, you can get it at a different location by:

  • Going to the same pharmacy chain in another location.
  • Bringing your prescription container to a new pharmacy.
  • Asking your doctor to contact a new pharmacy.
  • Asking a new pharmacy to contact your regular pharmacy to transfer your prescription if your regular pharmacy is open.

Virtual care with Teladoc Health

During emergencies, it may be hard to visit a doctor in person. Ask your doctor if you can make a virtual appointment.

 

Adult Molina members* can use Teladoc Health for virtual visits. Use Teladoc for general medical and behavioral health services visits.
