We make it simple with four easy steps

Take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card

  • You should have received your Molina ID card in the mail. Check it to make sure your information is correct.
  • Always carry your Medicaid and Molina ID cards. Show them at the doctor’s office or pharmacy.

Set up your My Molina account

Go to MyMolina.com to set up your member portal account. You will need your member ID card.

Once you sign up, you can:

  • View and print your ID card
  • Find doctors
  • Change your primary care provider (PCP)
  • Check your benefits

Download the My Molina® mobile app

  • The app has the same great features as the member portal.
  • Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to start or continue your care.
  • Log in to My Molina to find your doctor’s contact information.
  • You can change your doctor online, in the app, or by calling Member Services.
