How the drug list works

CVS Caremark provides drug benefits for your health plan. To see if your drug is covered, use the drug look up tool or view your state’s drug list.

Your cost depends on the drug and your plan benefits.
Most long-term drugs can be mail-ordered. Approved orders arrive within 10 days. View the Mail Service Order form to receive up to a 100-day supply of certain formulary drugs. These drugs are indicated as “100 day program” next to the drug tier status on the drug lookup tool.
Outside your service area, drugs are covered for emergencies only.
