Most surgical services, and hair removal services, are covered by fee-for-service, which you may know as ProviderOne (your blue colored services card). These services may be provided by any provider who accepts Apple Health, with prior authorization by the Health Care Authority (HCA). For more information click here.
Molina has LGBTQIA+ health care navigators who can help explain your benefits and support your health needs.They can also tell you if approval is needed before you get care. Some services, like surgery or hair removal, are paid for by ProviderOne, your blue card.These services must be approved first. For more information click here.
