It’s easy to order your new glasses! Before getting started, be sure to have your Molina Member ID and a copy of your prescription from your eye doctor with you. Follow these simple steps:

• Go to molina.zennioptical.com from a camera-enabled computer, cell phone or tablet
• Confirm your information*
• Use Zenni’s Virtual Try-On Tool
• Enter or take a picture of your prescription
• Find your favorite frames

If you do not have an e-mail address or cell phone number on file with Molina, you will need to create a Molina Member Portal account.

To create your account:

• Go to: member.molinahealthcare.com
• Click: create an account
• Enter your State, Member ID, and Date of Birth Add your e-mail address and cell phone information

If you need to change your existing e-mail address and/or cell phone number, login to your Molina Member Portal to make updates. Please allow up to 3 calendar days for your information to process before placing your order.

With Molina Healthcare, all Apple Health members (ages 6-18) get a free annual membership to Boys & Girls Clubs in Washington state! Your child can have access to:

• Club access during open hours; after school, open as late as 7:30 p.m.

A care plan is key to helping you get better after an inpatient hospital stay. Molina offers home-delivered meals and post-discharge support services to eligible members while you recover:
