Update your contact information

It is important to keep your contact information current so that we can send you reminders and updates to keep your benefits active.

  1. Update with Molina Healthcare. Log in to the My Molina Member Portal or use the mobile app to update your information. Or call Member Services at the number on the back of your member ID card.
  • Check for confirmation. Look for a text, email, or letter that your changes were made. Or log in to My Molina to make sure your profile shows your new information.
  1. Update through Washington Healthplanfinder. There are two ways you can do this:
