FEMA disaster recovery support

Federal disaster relief help may be available for those affected. Visit DisasterAssistance.gov to learn about applying and what might be available to you.

Getting care during emergencies

Help getting medical care, medication and supplies

If you need help getting medical supplies, care or medications due to wildfires, flash flooding or other state emergencies, please call Member Services at (800) 424-5891 (TTY: 711), Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., the 24-hour Nurse Advice Line (888) 275-8750 or your primary care provider (PCP). You may also call 211 for resources identified in your area.

Tips on poor air quality for individuals with respiratory medical conditions

  • Do your best to stay indoors with the windows closed
  • Do not exercise outdoors
  • Take asthma medications as prescribed
  • Make sure you have your rescue inhaler with you at all times
  • Monitor your symptoms and get medical care, if needed
  • Call 911 for emergencies

Virtual care with Teladoc Health

During emergencies, it may be hard to visit a doctor in person. Ask your doctor if you can make a virtual appointment.

Molina members can use Teladoc Health for virtual health appointments, including licensed therapists and psychiatrists.
