Use the My Molina member portal to view your member ID card, change providers, review claims and more. You can also use the My Molina mobile app. Both options are secure and offer the same tools.
Review Your Member Handbook or Evidence of Coverage (EOC)
Look at your Member Handbook or EOC to find out more about your benefits and services.
If you have a question, check your handbook or call us on the number listed on your member ID card.
Plan a visit with your provider
Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to establish care as a new patient.
You can change your provider using the My Molina mobile app, at MyMolina.com or by calling the number on your member ID card.
