Get started with your Medicare health plan

This page is your starting point as a Molina Medicare Complete Care Plus member.

Here, you can learn about your plan, explore benefits and services, and find helpful tools and links, including the My Molina mobile app.

We make it simple with four easy steps.

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card.

  • If you’ve made your first payment, you should have received your ID card in the mail.
  • Check it to be sure your information is correct. If it is not correct, call Member Services at the number on your ID card.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor’s office or pharmacy.

Sign up for the online My Molina member portal.

Go to MyMolina.com to set up your account. You will need your member ID card to get started.

Once you sign up, you can:

  • View and print your member ID card
  • Find doctors
  • Change your primary care provider (PCP)
  • And more — anytime

Download the My Molina mobile app.

  • The app has the same great features as the member portal.  

  • Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor.

  • Visit your primary care provider (PCP) to establish care or continue your care.
  • Log in to My Molina to find your doctor’s contact information. You can change your PCP using the app, at MyMolina.com, or by calling Member Services at the number on your member ID card.

Your Summary of Benefits explains what your plan covers, how to get care, what you may pay, and your rights as a member.
