Get started with your Medicaid health plan

This page is your starting point as a Molina Healthcare of Texas Medicare member. Here you can learn about your plan and explore key benefits, services and tools. Plus, you get helpful links to different resources and the My Molina mobile app.

We make it simple with five easy steps

Be sure to take these steps right away to make the most of your new plan.

Find your member ID card

  • You should have received your ID card in the mail. Please look at it carefully to make sure your information is correct.
  • Always keep your member ID card with you and show it at the doctor’s office or pharmacy.

Sign up for the online My Molina member portal

  • Go to MyMolina.com to set up your account. You’ll need your member ID card to get started.
  • Once you register, you can, search for doctors, change your primary care provider (PCP), view and print your member ID card and more, 24/7.

Download the My Molina mobile app

  • Get the full member portal experience with the app, bringing the same great features directly to your mobile device. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Schedule a visit with your doctor

  • Visit your PCP, whether you’re establishing care as a new patient or already have an in-network PCP. Log in to your member portal to see your doctor’s information. You can change your doctor on the app, at MyMolina.com or by calling Member Services at the number on the back of your member ID card.

Review your Summary of Benefits

  • Your Summary of Benefits explains your health plan, what’s covered, how to get care and your rights as a member.
