You must register before you can reset your password
You will need to register your Molina email address on the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal prior to
being locked out of your account. If you have not registered, you will not be able to reset your password or
unlock your account yourself.
If you’ve already been locked out of your account and have not completed the registration step, then call
the Service Desk at x114357 or externally at (200) 642-4230.
Send the reset password link to your personal email and the next time you get locked out of you account,
you won’t need to call the Molina Service Desk!
