Member Self-Service Options

Molina offers My Molina for your clients to access a number of self-service tools. In My Molina, members can:
 
  • Print a temporary Member ID Card
  • Request a new Member ID Card
  • Set up a recurring payment
    • AutoPay is a secure, easy and convenient way for your clients to pay their bill. Once it is set up, Molina can debit an account of the member’s choosing the amount owed for the monthly premium bill.
  • Change their primary care physician

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
