If you have a need for immediate care, please make an appointment with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) or go to a participating Urgent Care center. If you have a life-threatening medical emergency, please go to the hospital.
If you lost your prescriptions in the storm, emergency prescriptions are covered. You can use our Pharmacy Locator tool to find a pharmacy. You can also call Member Services at (800) 665-3072, TTY: 711 (Medicare) or (888) 898-7969, TTY:711 (Medicaid). For some medications, such as controlled substance prescriptions, a new prescription from a doctor is needed.
