Your dental benefits are covered through Molina Dental Services. Children under the age of 21 are covered for diagnostic, preventive and restorative services. Adults have limited benefits such as exams, x-rays and cleanings.

How do members get care?
If you need dental services, you must go to any dentist who accepts Molina . To find the nearest dentist in your area, you may call (844) 809-8438, TTY: 711.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
