Non-emergency transportation services which include personal vehicle, bus, taxi, ambulate, and public transportation to medical appointments are now administered through New York State.

To get non-emergency transportation, you or your provider must call the vendor list provided here to arrange transportation. If possible, you or your provider should call the vendor at least three days before your medical appointment and provide your appointment date and time, its address, and the doctor you are seeing.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
