Your vision care is provided to you by Molina Healthcare. Your vision benefits include routine eye exams and medically necessary eyeglasses and contact lenses.

How do members get care?
If you need vision care, you must go to a Molina Healthcare network provider. To find the vision care center nearest you, call (800) 223-7242, TTY: 711. You may also visit www.molinahealthcare.com.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
