The service connects you to a qualified nurse who can give you health care advice in your language and help direct you to where you can get the care that is needed for your child.
Our Nurse Advice Line receives more than 250,000 health advice calls from Molina Healthcare members across the United States every year. Our call center has been reviewed and approved by a national quality review organization, the Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), since 2007.
