What’s covered

Emergency and non-emergency transportation for medical and behavioral health visits are covered through Washington Apple Health and your ProviderOne card.

Emergency medical transportation

If you need emergency medical transportation, call 911.

Non-emergency medical transportation

Call your local transportation broker. You must have prior authorization before the services will be provided.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
