​​We want to improve our service to you. We look at new services to provide as part of your covered benefits. We review new studies to make sure that the new services have been proven safe. Molina Healthcare reviews the types of services listed below at least once a year:

  • Medical Services
  • Mental Health Services
  • Medicines
  • Equipment

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
