If the internet is down, you can verify your Molina patients' eligibility by calling the Provider Services line and using the IVR phone system. Or you can email a representative at MHidprovidersvcreq@MolinaHealthcare.com.
Authorization requirements are lifted for your Molina patients in the impacted areas and remain in effect until the state of emergency is lifted.
If your Molina patient has lost their prescription due to <emergency event>, emergency prescriptions are covered. You can find a nearby pharmacy by visiting MolinaHealthcare.com/Idaho followed by “Find a Doctor or Pharmacy.”
Call us at 1-877-503-1261. Use the MTM Link web portal to book a trip at any time. Trips must be scheduled at least two business days before an appointment unless the trip is urgent or involves a discharge from a hospital. We schedule rides 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
