Providing care during emergencies
Eligibility verification
If the internet is down, you can verify your Molina patients’ eligibility by calling the Provider Services line and using the IVR phone system. Or you can speak to a representative at (855) 322-4077.
Medication support
If your Molina patient has lost their prescription due to recent the recent natural disaster, emergency prescriptions are covered.

For CVS Specialty Pharmacy assistance:

Transportation assistance
For help with your patients’ transportation, please contact Transportation Member Services today at (888) 898-7969 (Medicaid) or (855) 735-5604 (HIDE-SNP).
