Eligibility verification
If the internet is down, you can verify your Molina patients’ eligibility by calling the Provider Services line at (844) 782-2678, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m. CT. You can use the IVR phone system or speak to a representative.
Prior authorizations
Authorization requirements are lifted for your Molina patients in the impacted areas and remain in effect until the state of emergency is lifted.
Medication support
If your Molina patient has lost their prescription due to the recent natural disaster, emergency prescriptions are covered. You can find a nearby pharmacy here or by calling (844) 782-2018, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. CT.
Transportation assistance
For help with your patients’ transportation, please contact MTM at (888) 889-0421, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. CT.

(800) 621-3362 to learn about applying and what is available to you and your patients.

Contact the Red Cross at 800-RED-CROSS or RedCross.org to locate resources near your patients.
